Nestled in the highlands of southern Ethiopia, Kochere is renowned for its rich soil, high elevation, and ideal climate, which are factors that contribute to its coffees’ bright acidity, florality, and deep sweetness. Long celebrated for producing some of Yirgacheffe’s most expressive lots, Kochere has become and reputable producing sub-region in Yirgacheffe
